The most exciting aspect of Moore Machine Tools is helping our customers achieve higher productivity while maintaining an achievable cost. I love being able to control the quality of machines that Moore Machine Tools sells and the ability to ensure those machines are kept up and running by providing exceptional machine service capabilities. The true measure of success within an organization is the ability to directly engage with customer satisfaction and employee happiness, which we try to balance here. 

Additionally, I love working with my son and seeing him grow as a representative of this company. 

Press Brakes are the machines I started working with over twenty-five years ago so they will always hold a special place in my heart.
