Its ceramic plunger, with a longer, slower stroke, displaces more water in each movement, significantly extending seal life by reducing wear.

Sensors before and after the booster pump ensure a constant water flow, while an electronic starter with frequency variation and an integrated air/oil cooler further reduce fixed costs, making this a truly cost-effective cutting system with maintenance-free operation. To maximize cutting thickness, optimal installation and maintenance are key, and metals must meet Accurl’s stringent quality requirements.
