Automatic Mechanical Loading System

  • Height Limit Module automatically distinguishes the long and short sides of a rectangular tube to ensure each rectangular tube is laid flat and forward facing.
  • Material Frame Module hoists and loads the entire bundle of pipes into the material frame
  • Length Measuring Module controls the positioning of the pipe to the desired length and transfers the data to the host.

  • Loading Size is the range of material is oval tubes and round pipes φ 25-120 mm, and square pipe 25-120 mm. It can load a single pipe weighing 120 kg. The first loading time is less than or equal to 70 seconds – subsequent loading time is less than or equal to 20 seconds.
